How do I install TamTam on my parent's phone?
Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and search for "TamTam Care". Install the app, then follow the setup steps. We recommend installing it yourself on your loved one's phone, then showing them the main button.
My parent forgot to press the medication button. What should I do?
Don't worry. TamTam sends automatic reminders at the configured times. If your loved one hasn't confirmed taking a medication, you'll receive a notification as a caregiver.
How do I add a second caregiver?
From your caregiver dashboard, go to the "Family Circle" section and generate an invitation code. Share this code with the person you want to add.
Does the app work without WiFi?
Yes, partially. Medication reminders and saved contacts remain accessible offline. However, sending messages and making calls require an Internet connection.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, send an email to contact@tamtamcare.com with the subject "Account deletion" and the email address associated with your account.
