Delete your TamTam account

You can delete your TamTam account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

From the app (recommended)

1. Open TamTam and sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings from the dashboard.
3. Tap “Delete my account”, then confirm.

Without access to the app

Send an email to contact@tamtamcare.com with the subject “Account deletion” from the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted?

Your profile, your circles (if you created them), your messages, photos, contacts, medication reminders and monitoring data are permanently deleted from our servers. No copy is kept, except for legal billing obligations.
